Cardiovascular Surgical Treatment Methods

Robotic Surgeries
With the advancement of modern medicine, robotic surgery has become a commonly used method in cardiac surgeries. One of these procedures is the "coronary bypass surgery." Operations such as correcting heart rhythm disorders and patching holes in the heart can also be performed through robotic surgery.

Minimal Invasive Interventions
Minimal invasive interventions, unlike other surgical methods, are generally performed endovascularly without the need to open cavities in the body. They can also be used in the treatment of vascular diseases such as aneurysms and varicose veins in suitable patients.

Open Surgeries
Open surgeries are procedures in which the surgeon accesses the operative area without using any video system and performs the operation.

Heart and Vascular Diseases
In coronary artery disease, arteries can become blocked spontaneously (depending on diet and lifestyle) and can also be blocked due to genetic factors. These blockages can eventually lead to chest pains or heart attacks. Surgical intervention is necessary in cases of coronary artery diseases, and treatment is carried out through a bypass procedure.

Heart Valve Diseases
Develop due to malfunctions in the functions of heart valves. Depending on structural problems, narrowing or insufficiency in the heart valve is commonly observed.

Congenital Heart Diseases
Congenital heart diseases are conditions diagnosed through ultrasound during pregnancy. The baby can be screened for heart diseases through echocardiography performed while in the womb.
